We strive to deliver high-quality digital products and web design/development services. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Digital Services & Non-Tangible Goods
Due to the nature of our business, all products and services provided are non-tangible, digital goods delivered as customized services (such as website design, website development, UI/UX design, and digital assets).
Because digital services are consumed/delivered upon work execution and source file delivery, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once a service has been ordered, initiated, or delivered.
2. No Refunds
- All payments made for customized web development, design services, setup fees, deposits, or milestones are 100% non-refundable.
- Once work has commenced on a project, payments cannot be refunded, even if the client decides to cancel the project prior to completion.
3. No Returns
Since our services consist of digital work, custom coding, and electronic file deliverables, no physical or digital returns are accepted.
4. No Exchanges
We do not support exchanges of services, project scope swaps, or credit transfers for future work once a project agreement or payment is finalized.
5. Client Approval & Revisions
To ensure satisfaction with the final deliverable, we provide dedicated review and revision stages as outlined in our project agreement/proposal.
Any changes or modifications requested outside the agreed-upon scope of work will be subject to additional fees.
Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review all design mockups, stage previews, and live demonstrations during the development process.
